Terms of service
These terms govern use of Carein.one by your organisation and the people you invite to it.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly per active care worker. Trials run for 14 days and require no card. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid month.
Your responsibilities
Your organisation is responsible for the accuracy of the records it enters, for the accounts it invites, and for maintaining its own regulatory registration and clinical governance. Accounts must not be shared between staff.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to store data unrelated to the delivery of care. We may suspend accounts that put data or service availability at risk.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability and publish maintenance in advance where possible. Scale plans may include a written service level agreement. Support is provided by email during UK working hours.
Not a regulated product
Carein.one is a record-keeping and operations tool. It is not a medical device and is not regulated by the Care Quality Commission. References to CQC key lines of enquiry are for guidance only and do not constitute compliance advice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Professional and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the care provider.
